There have been reports of the app crashing and the microphone not recording audio. If you or your friends on Voxer are experiencing these issues, please try the following steps:<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>1. <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/support.voxer.com\/entries\/26589398--iPhone-Issues-with-iOS-7-Update-\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-open=\"new-window\">Enable Voxer with your Microphone<\/a>: With the new iOS 7 update, audio apps now must be enabled with your microphone in order to record. To enable Voxer with your microphone, go to your iPhone settings &gt; Privacy &gt; Microphone and enable Voxer.<\/p>\n<p>2. Update to the latest version of Voxer by tapping <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/us\/app\/voxer-walkie-talkie-ptt\/id377304531?mt=8\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-open=\"new-window\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>3. Reboot your device: After updating to iOS 7, it\u2019s recommended that you restart your phone. Restarting your phone adjusts some of your settings that may have been disrupted with the software update.
