Ready to get your team on Voxer Pro?<\/p>\n
Voxer Pro is very easy to set-up. Follow these simples steps and get voxing!<\/p>\n
1)\u00a0Login or sign up<\/strong>\u00a0to Voxer from your computer at web.voxer.com<\/a> and upgrade\u00a0to Voxer Pro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 2) A<\/strong>sk your teammates to sign up<\/strong>\u00a0for Voxer by sending them email invites. Open the\u00a0invite friends<\/a>\u00a0page and enter their email address. They will receive invitations by email to\u00a0download Voxer<\/a> to their mobile device and sign-up. \u00a0Once they sign up, they will be automatically added to your Voxer contact list.<\/p>\n If you have teammates who are\u00a0existing Voxer users, go to step 3 to add them to your contact list.<\/p>\n 3) Add your team<\/strong> to your Voxer contact list.<\/p>\n Go to your contact list<\/a> > enter full name, email address or username in the search field > select their profile > tap \u00a0“send message.”<\/p>\n 4) To upgrade your team to Voxer Pro<\/strong>, click on the orange PRO\u00a0icon, select Add Team Members. Choose a contact from your contact list, or search for a Voxer user by email.<\/p>\n You will be prompted to select a plan<\/a> and enter payment information for your entire team.<\/p>\n 5) Create group chats<\/strong> for your team.<\/p>\n Click on the New Chat button in your Chats List to get started. Select \u201cGroup Chat\u201d and scroll through your Contacts List to add members. (Remember: If you didn\u2019t add everyone to your contacts list, they won\u2019t show up here.) You can create as many chats as you like, with any combination of contacts (or the exact same participants), just make sure to rename\u00a0each chat\u00a0to avoid any confusion with your team.<\/p>\n 6) Don’t forget to turn on Admin Control<\/strong><\/a> for every chat to manage users and moderate\u00a0chats.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Here is a full list of features\u00a0of Voxer Pro:<\/p>\n
